When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it merely acknowledges that we have received your order.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Razorpay — Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available for orders within Hyderabad only

All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable under Indian law. A GST-compliant invoice will be provided with every order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, if the product is unavailable, or if there is a pricing error on the website.

We strive to deliver your sweets as fresh as possible. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

• Normal Delivery Time — 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• International Delivery — Approximately 1 week

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or logistical delays. We shall not be held liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.

Item once sold will not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.

If the product ordered by the customer is unavailable, a similar product nearest to the description will be delivered as a substitute.

All orders are processed as per the customer’s choice only. The recipient’s choice will not be entertained for exchanging or modifying the order.

If the recipient does not accept the delivery or is not available at the provided address at the time of delivery, the order will be considered as delivered.
